How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Orders in Portugal are usually delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at 351.escape@gmail.com.

Are your pieces limited?

Yes. All Escapart products are produced in limited quantities.

Will sold-out items come back?

Most pieces are not restocked, as each drop is designed to be unique.

How should I care for my Escapart pieces?

Each piece is crafted with high-quality materials and attention to detail. To preserve its quality, we recommend following the washing instructions carefully. With the right care, your garment will maintain its look, feel, and character over time.

Payments & Support

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. We accept both size and product exchanges.
You’ll need to return the item first and then place a new order.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. See the conditions on Returns & Exchanges' session

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at 351.escape@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do I have to pay for returns?

No. Return shipping costs are covered by Escapart.
However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Items may be tried on, but must show no signs of use
  • Items must be returned with original packaging
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item or packaging is damaged

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Escapart

Exchanges

We accept both size exchanges and product exchanges.

Process:

  1. Request a return via email
  2. Send the item back
  3. Place a new order for your desired size or product

Due to our limited production model, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • All costs are fully covered by Escapart
  • We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible
